Program Manager - Microsoft 365 Integration

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with expertise in Microsoft 365 to lead the integration of this platform in our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in integrating Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.


• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.


• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners.


• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.


• Drive user adoption and change management through effective communication strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in IT program management, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.


• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects in the banking or financial services sector.


• Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and security standards in FSIs.


• Expertise in Microsoft 365 enterprise tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.


• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, and integration with M365.


• Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.


• Ability to lead change and overcome resistance, particularly around AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
